Hvisk kom til mig lige da de havde startet deres smykkeeventyr. Deres ønske var at skabe en platform for smykker i hele Europa med mulighed for international ekspansion.
Jeg fik hurtigt en god relation til deres direktør, Morten, og vi havde en god kemi.
Derfor overtog jeg ret hurtigt styringen af deres e-commerce sammen med deres udvikler og fik opsat alle relevante tracking-elementer samt nogle dashboards, så vi kunne komme i gang med at tiltrække brugere til platformen og senere udvide med en webshop.
My approach to the case
When Hvisk started, it was initially an IT platform focused on connecting influencers with a jewelry brand. However, we later added a webshop when we realized that the team was skilled at designing bags and other cool accessories.
The whole idea of bringing me on board was to ensure the right KPIs, the right partnerships, and, from that, to create a strategy for advertising.
I was responsible for their digital strategy for one year, including advising management and executing their advertising efforts.
