It may seem unusual to have to apply. I don't have any salespeople employed and don't want to run a conveyor belt business. That's why I choose to work only on projects where I sense mutual chemistry, potential, and where values and communication are aligned.
02Shared goals
We assess your current position and set future goals. Based on this, we establish realistic KPIs and assemble the ideal team, both internally and externally, to achieve these goals. We maintain open communication at all times to balance revenue and profit.
03The monetary aspect
I use two payment models, always in combination. The first is a fixed fee to participate in your project, and the second is a bonus. Both are agreed upon before our collaboration. If my work leads to outstanding results for you, I believe it should be rewarded accordingly. I strongly believe in win-win situations.
